Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Musikanlage und TV ausgestattet, die Küche enthält alle Utensilien die man zum Kochen oder Backen braucht, eine Spülmaschine, einen großen Kühlschrank mit genug Stauraum für die Einkäufe, sowie eine Sitzecke. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und eine Dusche sowie Stauraum für Kosmetik.
You are renting the whole 2 bedroom 70m² apartment. The bed room is around 18m² and its super calm with only a small street and the Arkonaplatz park in Front of the window. The bed room has a double bed (180x200cm), a commode and a cloth rail. Bedding and towels are provided.
The bright living room has access to a balcony where you can soak in the sun, it is located towards the park and very calm. The sofa can be changed to sleeping sofa and used for guests. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, washing machine and storage for cosmetics .
The kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare food and the large fridge has enough space for your groceries.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen am ruhigen Arkonaplatz - eine der besten Gegenden Berlins. Es ist sehr ruhig trotz unmittelbarer Nähe zu Rosenthaler Platz und Mauerpark. Der berühmte Mauerpark ist keine 5 min zu Fuß entfernt, genauso der Mauerweg und die zentralen Shopping Straßen (mit alternativen Shops) wie die Oderberger Straße oder Kastanienallee. Hier befinden sich viele Restaurants, Cafe's, Bars.
The apartment is located at the beautiful and calm Arkonaplatz - one of the best areas to live in Berlin. It is super central between Rosenthaler Platz and Mauerpark and the perfect location to discover the city. In walking distance you have great restaurants, bars and cafés in every direction and with the areas around Kastanienallee and Rosenthaler Straße endless possibilities to go shopping in more alternative shops.
Die Wohnung ist zur Zwischenmiete verfügbar. Sie ist sowohl Paar geeignet, aber lässt sich auch gut als WG in zwei Zimmer aufteilen. Das Sofa ist eine Schlafcouch auf der schon viele Gäste übernachtet haben.
Freitags ist ein wunderschöner Wochenmarkt auf dem Arkonaplatz mit frischem Obst und Gemüse von lokalen Bauern sowie verschiedenen Food Trucks. Sonntags findet hier einer der schönsten Flohmärkte statt der in ganz Berlin bekannt ist.
