Cosy flat in Mitte, very close to Rosenthaler Platz.
Flat available from the 1st of october till the 31th of December. If needed, the dates can be flexible up to few days.
The flat is fully furnished: one nice living room with a couch-bed, one separate bedroom, TV, bathtub and a kitchen with all utilities including a dishwasher.
There is also a separate small room with a washing machine.
Towels and bed sheets are available as well.
The area is very quiet but close to many restaurants and bars. You can't hear the traffic or neighbors. There is also a spot to put your bike in the backyard, and you can also use mine if needed.
2 cats were living in the flat, so not recommending it if you have allergies.
The U8 is just a few minutes away, with many other trams connexion (M8, M10, M12).
Big Rewe 2 min away (invalidenstrasse).
The monthly rent is 1400€ with everything included (rent, gaz, electricity and internet).

Gemütliche Wohnung in Mitte, ganz in der Nähe des Rosenthaler Platzes.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1. Oktober bis zum 31. Dezember verfügbar. Bei Bedarf können die Termine bis auf wenige Tage flexibel gestaltet werden.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert: ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, ein separates Schlafzimmer, TV, Badewanne und eine Küche mit allen Utensilien, einschließlich einer Spülmaschine.
Es gibt auch einen separaten kleinen Raum mit einer Waschmaschine.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, aber in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Bars. Man hört weder den Verkehr noch die Nachbarn. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradabstellplatz im Hinterhof, und bei Bedarf kann man auch mein Fahrrad benutzen.
Es lebten 2 Katzen in der Wohnung, also nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man Allergien hat.
Die U8 ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, mit vielen anderen Straßenbahnen Anschluss (M8, M10, M12).
Großer Rewe 2 min entfernt (Invalidenstraße).
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 1400€ mit allem was dazu gehört (Miete, Gas, Strom und Internet).
