Wir suchen ein nettes Pärchen oder einzelne Untermieter/in für unsere wunderschöne und moderne Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage in Europacity vom 08 November 2023 bis 27Januar 2024. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer: eine Küche mit sämtlichen appliances, ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, große Fernseher und einen Arbeitstisch, ein geräumiges Badezimmer und nach hinten gelegenes sehr ruhiges Schlafzimmer mit breitem Bett, einen Arbeitstisch und einen Blick auf Innengarten. Die Wohnung verfügt über schnelles WLAN, das sich perfekt für das Homeoffice eignet. Es gibt überall in der Wohnung Pflanzen und daher möchten wir, dass der Untermieter sich während des Aufenthalts um sie kümmert (mindestens alle 2 Wochen gießen).

Möglichkeiten in der Nähe:
In direkter Nähe der Wohnung finden sich Rewe, dm, Aldi zum Einkaufen, und Cafés und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist direkt mit der Buslinie 147 angebunden. Berlin Hbf ist nur 950m entfernt.

Zur Untervermietung:
Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert untervermietet, und hat ein Balkon, die ebenfalls genutzt werden kann. Beim Enddatum gibt es ein wenig Flexibilität, da wir am 28. Januar 2024 zurück in Berlin sind. Die Gesamtmiete je Monat beträgt 1400 Euro inclusive Warmmiete, Storm, und Internet. Die Kaution fällt auf 850 Euro. Keine Partys erlaubt!

Eine kurze Besichtigung in Person wäre ideal. Der Untervermietung erfolgt nut mit einem Vertrag.

We are looking for a nice couple or single person for our beautiful and modern apartment in very central location in Europacity from 08 November 2023 to 27 January 2024 for a sublet. The apartment has two rooms: a kitchen with all appliances, a living room with sofa, large TV and a work desk, a spacious bathroom and rear facing quiet bedroom with a bed, a work desk and a view of inner garden. The apartment has fast wifi which is perfect for home office. There are plants all over the apartment and therefore we would like the subtenant to take care of them during the stay (watering at least every 2 weeks).

Nearby options:
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can find Rewe, dm, Aldi for shopping, and cafes and restaurants. The apartment is directly connected with bus 147. Berlin Hbf is only 950m away.

About subletting:
The apartment will be sublet as fully furnished, and has a balcony, which can also be used. There is a little flexibility on the end date, as we are back in Berlin on January 28 2024. The total rent per month is 1400 Euro which includes warm rent, electricity, and internet. The deposit is 850 Euro. No parties are allowed!

A short visit in person would be ideal. The subletting is possible only with a signed contract.
