The apartment is available from February to May and can be rented for the entire period or partially. It can also be extended a couple of months.

It has two spacious rooms, an open kitchen with a kitchen island, a large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower, as well as underfloor heating. There is also an office area with a 5K monitor that is compatible with MacBook. Additionally, a table in the bedroom can be used as a dressing table or as a second work desk.

The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in without additional needs. The kitchen has all the cooking essentials, including spices, tea, and coffee. You can use the cleaning robot for daily cleaning, and a vacuum cleaner is also provided. Hobby equipment such as board games, yoga mats, and other accessories are included.
