I am subletting my beautiful flat for the period of December 15 - February 1. However, there is a chance that I can prolong that time room and you may end up staying in the flat for about 6 months. The neighborhood is very well connected with all the attractions of Berlin, you are surrounded by clean posh districts and all museums. This is the museums' island of Berlin, where you will find the most peaceful corners of Berlin while interacting with culture, art, and riverside parks.
You are very close to Gendarmenmarkt, which is both a shopping district and the cultural attraction of Berlin. The river is literally on the corner from the apartment so you are very close to the path of Berlin city runners in the mornings. And in the afternoons it is very cozy to watch the sunset over the bridge next to the building.
There are quite many restaurants in the area, with selections from cute cafes to German food to Asian. It is convenient for every budget.
The flat comes with add-ons. You have a big TV with Netflix and Disney+ included :) So, you will have all you need for cozy days.
