Location. 10 minutes on foot from Alexander Platz. 3 minutes to Trams M4/5/8 , 5 minutes to U-bahn U5. 4 minutes to a large park Am Friedrichshain. Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Netto - in walking distance.

Near very beautiful areas of Prenzlauberg: Winsviertel, KollvitzKiez, the neighborhood of the park Am Friedrichshain.

3 rooms, the housing is warm and comfortable. Bedroom, study room, living room, kitchen. 55 m2, 7th floor, lift.
In the living room a beautiful leather sofa, two leather chairs and a chippendale style tables. Also a dining table with massive chairs.
The cozy kitchen has everything for cooking including oven, fridge, kettle, crockery and glasses.
The bedroom has a double bed and a closet. The study room has another sleeping place in addition to the work desk.
Bathroom: large bathtub, washing machine, hair dryer.

The windows of the bedroom and study overlook a quiet green courtyard. From the living room you can see the illumination of the TV tower and the lights of the big city. Cozy interior in the style of a hunting lodge with antique furniture and accessories.

The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need: washing machine, gas stove, oven, TV, dishes, household chemicals, internet (wi fi) included.
