Due to work-related absence, I am offering my bright, furnished 2-room flat with open-plan kitchen for subletting for a limited period. Everything you need to live is available. The flat is available from 15.04.2024 to 15.07.2024. Cosy furnished flat with wooden floor and large balcony right in the heart of Berlin. Good wifi and desk available. Washing machine, iron etc. as well. The bedroom has a 1.20 wide wooden bed.
You should be able to take care of the plants. I am looking for a quiet who keeps everything clean and tidy. Vegetarians welcome.
No dishwasher, no parties! The warm rent incl. electricity, water and internet is 974 € per month.
