Hallo und Willkommen in unserer wunderschönen hellen Dachgeschoss Maisonette Wohnung in Berlin-Mitte direkt am Rosentahler Platz. Wir sind ab und zu auf Reisen und stellen gerne unsere kleine Oase anderen währenddessen zur Verfügung.

Die Unterkunft
Willkommen in unserem Lieblingsort in ganz Berlin - unsere Maisonette Wohnung direkt in Mitte. Wir sind im 4. & 5. Stockwerk (Dachgeschoss) im linken Seitenflügel eines modernen Neubaus. Wir haben keinen Aufzug, also müsst ihr ein bisschen Treppen steigen. :)
Schlafplätze: 2 auf Doppelbett und 2 auf Luftmatratze

Die Wohnung ist klar aufgeteilt:
Im 4. Stock befindet sich unser Schlafzimmer mit 160x200cm Doppelbett sowie Kleiderschrank. Vom Flur abgehend liegt unser Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche & großen Wandspiegel. Abgerundet wird die untere Wohnhälfte von unserer großen Ess- und Wohnküche mit moderner Küche, Esstisch und Stühlen zum verweilen. Von hier führt auch eine stählerne Wendeltreppe in den oberen Teil der Wohnung.
Im 5. Stock findet ihr unser großes minimalistisches Wohnzimmer mit großem Sofa. Von hier könnt ihr direkt auf unseren Balkon mit Pflanzen gehen und bei gutem Wetter einen Kaffee trinken und in der Sonne entspannen und über Berlin gucken.

Zugang für Gäste
Ihr habt Zugang zu unserer ganzen Wohnung und schlaft auch in unserem Schlafzimmer. Das heißt ihr werdet auch unsere persönlichen Gegenstände antreffen. Gerne könnt ihr all unsere Küchengeräte mitbenutzen. Falls es mal regnet oder ihr zuhause bleiben wollt gibt es einen Fernseher mit Netflix, Amazon Video und Playstation 5, der euch bestimmt viel Unterhaltung bietet. Wir haben allerdings auch Brettspiele, die ihr gerne auspacken und spielen könnt oder ein großes Bücherregal :)
Fühlt euch einfach wie zuhause.

Hello and welcome to our beautiful, bright attic maisonette apartment in Berlin-Mitte right on Rosentahler Platz. We travel from time to time and are happy to make our little oasis available to others while we travel.

The accommodation
Welcome to our favorite place in all of Berlin - our maisonette apartment right in Mitte. We are on the 4th & 5th floors (attic) in the left wing of a modern new building. We don't have an elevator, so you'll have to climb a bit of stairs. :)
Sleeps 2 adults on queensize bed and two on air mattress.

The apartment is clearly divided:
Our bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and wardrobe is on the 4th floor. Off the hallway is our bathroom with a walk-in shower and large wall mirror. The lower half of the living room is rounded off by our large dining and living room with a modern kitchen, dining table and chairs to relax in. From here a steel spiral staircase leads to the upper part of the apartment.
On the 5th floor you will find our large minimalist living room with a large sofa. From here you can go directly to our balcony with plants and, when the weather is good, drink a coffee and relax in the sun and look over Berlin.

Access for guests
You have access to our entire apartment and also sleep in our bedroom. This means you will also come across our personal belongings. You are welcome to use all of our kitchen appliances. If it rains or you want to stay at home, there is a television with Netflix, Amazon Video and Playstation 5 that will definitely provide you with plenty of entertainment. However, we also have board games that you are welcome to unpack and play or a large bookshelf :)
Just feel at home.
