Der Preis beträgt für die 3 Wochen 400 Euro, zuzüglich einer Kaution von 400 Euro. Ich suche eine respektvolle und vertrauenswürdige Person, der ich meine Wohnung für diese Zeit anvertrauen kann. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und trotz der Torstraße sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus liegt. U-Rosenthaler Platz und S-Oranienburger Tor sind jeweils in 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
