As I'll be off Berlin most of the time in April, I sublet a spacious, bright and fully furnished double private bedroom in a fantastic 82sqm clean and neat apartment, located in the heart of Berlin with perfect transport links. The flat is on the 3rd floor and has a park view with no opposite. It consists of an entrance hall, bedroom, office, kitchen (with sofa and table for 6) , and bathroom and has all usual amenities. The bedroom is fully furnished and comes with a double bed (160cm), wardrobe, sofa and desk, including towels, two fluffy down Mühlendorfer duvets and down pillows, white cotton bed clothes (and change of clothes); new and clean mattress with mattress protector. Adjacent to the bedroom is a big 27sqm office with a big desk and some useful plug and play office hardware such as printer/scanner, 27’’ screen etc., it has a sofa too and an entertaining library. There is no TV. The flat comes quite minimalistic so there is little personal paraphernalia. Smoking is not allowed, except in the kitchen when occasionally, in moderation and the window open. Of course, you will be a legal tenant, so you may use this address for administrative purposes in case you are a newcomer. As to the matter of sharing the office: You'll have the whole flat basically for yourselves most of the time; I might crash on the sofa in the office for two or three nights when in transit; a friend will come once a week to pick up mails (of course giving you notice before). 400 Euro deposit required.
