Wohnung gegen Katzensitting! ~8. Mai - 30. Mai - Berlin Mitte: 3 Zimmer Wohnung, komplett möbliert, schöner Balkon, U 8 / S-Bahn (S3, S5, S7, S9) / Bus fußläufig. (English below!)

Wir vermieten für die Dauer von 3 Wochen unsere schöne Wohnung in Berlin Mitte für maximal 2 Personen! Und sie kommt mit einem kleinen fluffigen Mitbewohner: unserem Kater Paule. Daher ist es uns sehr wichtig, dass du/ihr Erfahrung mit Katzen habt. Keine Sorge er ist ein sehr entspannter 17 Jahre alter Zeitgenosse - trotzdem solltest du/ihr wissen wie man mit Katzen umgeht. Dazu gehört min. dreimal am Tag füttern, Wasser täglich wechseln und alle zwei Tage die Katzentoilette reinigen. Gerne etwas mit ihm reden und Gesellschaft leisten. Er schläft aber auch sehr viel und ist ein überwiegend ruhiger Kater- Ob er mit dir kuschelt entscheidet er selbst :). Alles weiterer dann im persönlichen Kontakt.

Zur Wohnung:

Gemütliche 3 Zimmer Wohnung in einem 70er Jahre Block. Dank der Betonbauweise ist die Isolierung sehr gut und die Wohnung auch kaum hellhörig. Sie befindet sich in Mitte in mitten des Berliner Geschehens! Magst du das Nachtleben - deine Nachbar*innen sind das Tresor und der KitKatClub. Auch zum Ausgehviertel nahe der Warschauerstraße sind es nur ein paar Stationen mit den Öffis. Hast du es lieber ruhig? Kein Problem! Unser Balkon (Südseite) geht zu einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße raus und wir haben große Bäume vor den Fenstern, die einem fast das Gefühl geben im Wald zu wohnen.

Weitere spannende Ecken die schnell zu ereichen sind: Oranienstraße in Kreuzberg, Treptower Park, Alexander Platz, Potsdamer Platz - von uns aus ist alles nah. Mitte halt.

In der Wohnung vorhanden:

- Wohnzimmer mit großer Couch und Fernseher
- Kleine Essecke
- Küche mit allem was zum Kochen benötigt wird
- Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett (200cm x 200cm)
- Weiteres Zimmer zum umziehen, Wäsche aufhängen, Fahrradunterbringung und Katzentoilette
- Kleines Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine

Bei Interesse:
Schreib uns doch bitte warum du nach Berlin kommst und für drei Wochen in unserer Wohnung leben möchtest und welche Erfahrungen du mit Katzen hast (vllt ein Bild mit dir und Katze? :) ). Uns wäre es zudem wichtig, dich einmal vorher persönlich kennezulernen. So kannst du einmal Paule Hallo sagen und wir uns ein kurzes Bild von dir machen. Apartment for cat sitting -temporary ~May 8th- May 30th: Berlin Mitte: 3 room apartment, fully furnished, balcony, near U 8 station / S-Bahn (S3, S7,S5; S9) / Bus

We rent out our beautiful apartment in Berlin Mitte for a maximum of 2 people for a period of 3 weeks! And it comes with a fluffy roommate: our cat Paule. Therefore, it is very important to us that you have experience with cats. Don't worry, he's a very laid-back 17-year-old guy - but you should know how to handle cats. This includes feeding him at least three times a day, changing water daily and cleaning the litter box every two days. Feel free to talk to him and keep him company. But he also sleeps a lot and is a mostly calm cat, whether he cuddles with you he decides himself :). Everything else we can discuss in a personal conversation.

General information and location:

Cosy 3 bedroom apartment in a 70's block. Thanks to the concrete construction, the insulation is very good and the apartment is quite soundproof. It is located in Mitte, in the middle of Berlin's action! Do you like nightlife - your neighbours are the Tresor and the KitKatClub. The nightlife district near Warschauerstraße is also only a few stops away by public transport. Do you prefer it quiet? No problem! Our balcony (south side) looks out onto a traffic-calmed street and we have large trees in front of the windows that almost give you the feeling of living in the woods. Other exciting corners that can be reached quickly: Oranienstraße in Kreuzberg, Treptower Park, Alexander Platz, Potsdamer Platz - everything is close by.
