Wir tauschen die Dachgeschosswohnung, wie angegeben, gegen eine 3-4 Zimmer Wohnung in Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg/Friedrichshain, gern ebenfalls weit oben und mit Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell (durch Veluxfenster mit Automatik), hat eine Wohnküche mit großzügigem Wohnbereich (Deckenhöhe 4m), ein Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof, Bad mit Eckbadewanne (und Waschmaschine, wenn gewünscht) und hat einen Balkon mit einem Blick über die Weiten Berlins.
Zudem hätten wir noch eine weitere 2-Zimmer Wohnung anzubieten in Fußnähe mit Balkon (2. OG) für 450 € warm.

U-Bahnhof Bernauer Straße liegt 5 min. von der Wohnung entfernt (von beiden).
Wir würden gern tauschen - haben 2 Wohnungen mit je zwei Zimmern.
