The flat has 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and a lounge + a hallway), and could house up to 6 people on 3 double matresses.

even though it is located very centrally, the flat is quiet (backhouse in a dead-end street)

The flat is situated in the heart of "Mitte" (which is the heart of East-Berlin), between trendy "Prenzlauer Berg" and hip "Kreuzberg".
The flat is very central:
- 5min walk to Hackescher Markt (S-Bahn)
- 1min walk to nearest Underground: "Weinmeisterstr."
- 10min walk to Alexanderplatz
- 10min walk to Berliner Dom, Museum Island, "Unter den Linden", Opera, die "Spree" (our local river)
- 30min walk to Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag,Tiergarten.
- 2 stops by S-Bahn from Central Station, 45min by S-Bahn from airport Schönefeld
