Es handelt sich um eine 55m^2 große Altbauwohnung, bestehend aus Diele, großer Küche, Wannenbad, Flur, kleinem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer.Die Wohnung iegt im 4ten OG. Bis auf das Badezimmer(gefliest) sind alle Räume mit Dielen ausgelegt. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Waschmaschine ( Toploader), Geschirrspüler, Herd, Spüle, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Fernseher
vorhanden.
Pro Nacht hätte ich gerne 50€ , für eine Woche (7Tage) 300€.Für die gesamten 6 Wochen würde damit ein Betrag von 1800€ anfallen.
Verkehrstechnisch ist die Wohnung ein Traum, 10 min Fußläufig kann man die U-Bahnhöfe Pankstr (U8) & Oslowerstr (U9 und U8), so wie die S-Bahnhöfe Bornholmer Str (S2,S8,S9,S1,S25) & Wollankstr (S1,S25) erreichen.Direkt vor der Haustür fahren 2 Busse (M27, 255) die einen in kurzer Zeit entweder Richtung Pankow(M27, 255, S2, U2) oder Jungfernheide (M27, Ringbahn)bringen. So erreicht man innerhalb von 15 min (von Haustür zu Zielbahnhof) den Alexanderplatz, in 20 min den Zoologischen Garten / Kurfürstendamm oder in 20 min die Friedrichstraße.

If you land on Tegel airport, take the bus TXL to Turmstr./ Beusselstr., switch to the bus M27 and leave on Soldiner Str./ Prinzenallee (You will see a "Penny" supermarket on one side and a church on the other). Enter the Soldiner Str. on the side of the supermarket and then its number 31 on the right side.
If you arrive on Schönefeld airport, take the S- train (S Bahn) S 9 to Pankow and leave Pankow. From there take the Bus M27 or the 255 to Soldiner Str./ Prinzenallee.
If you arrive Alexanderplatz take the U8 to Pankstraße and then the M27 to Soldiner Str./ Prinzenallee.
If you arrive Hauptbahnhof, take the S Bahn (S5, S7, S75) to Friedrichstr., switch to U6 and leave it on Reinickendorfer str. Take the M27 to Soldiner Str./ Prinzenallee.
Da ich Nichtraucher bin, wäre es schön, wenn auch für die Zeit der Untermiete in der Wohnung nicht geraucht wird.
Die Wohnung wird vollmöbiliert an den Untermieter übergeben, weshalb eine Kaution anfallen wird.
