I'm subletting my apartment in Berlin Mitte.
The place is bright and fully furnished. It has a little balcony overlooking a green back garden and all the amenities you need.
There is a large bedroom, even bigger living / working space and a dining / chill area by the kitchen. Plenty of storage and plants.
The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, blender etc.

Die Wohnung liegt äußerst verkehrsgünstig zur U-Bahn. Es ist nur ein kleiner Katzensprung bis zur U2 (Rosa Luxemburg Platz) und nur 5min zu Fuß bis zur U8 (Rosenthaler Platz).
In der Gegend befindet sich alles was man braucht in fußläufiger Entfernung. Eins der Highlights ist der Weinbergspark. Dieser eignet sich besonders gut zum erholen und joggen.
Zu Fuß kann man mehrere Supermarktketten erreichen ( Edeka, 2 x Biomarkt, 2x Rewe, Rossmann & Budni). Darüber hinaus gibt es ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Restaurants, Bars und Clubs in direkter Nähe, ohne das es jemals störend oder laut wird.

The apartment is well connected to public transport. U Bahn Rosa Luxembourg & Rosenthaler are within walking distance. The trams M8 & M5. Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, and Organic supermarkets are also reachable on foot within 3-10 mins. The Weinbergspark is 5 minutes away. You're at the centre of all the action in Mitte, with several restaurants, bars and cafés within walking distance. Given its central location, the street is surprisingly quiet and peaceful at all hours.
I will leave most of my stuff there since I am travelling for a month. You will still have plenty of space to store your things. Ideal for someone who is looking for a place for a short time to arrive in Berlin and have time to find a more permanent accommodation.
