Wir suchen jemanden, der die Wohnung für den gesamten Zeitraum nimmt. Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 780 Euro (inklusive Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Strom, Gas, Telefon incl. Festnetz-Flatrate, Rundfunkbeitrag), Kaution: 300 Euro.

We are subletting three of our four rooms at Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz (right in the center with great public transport services). The flat consists of a small bedroom, a greater kids' room and living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Would perfectly suit a a family with kids or a couple.
We are searching for someone who would stay the entire period. Rent is 780,- including all bills for landline, TV etc, deposit 300.
