2 room furnished apartment in Mitte - all facilities

We are a couple moving out of Germany due to professional reasons, and we are looking for a new tenant for our place in Berlin.

The contract will be handled by the agency, but because of the notice period we need to find the next tenants to avoid the rent of the following 2 months. Because we are leaving by the end of March, it will be available from the 1st of April (maybe even empty from the 24th of March).

It’s a 65 m2 apartment with 1 bedroom and a very nice living room apartment in Caroline-Michaelis-Strasse 13, 10115, Berlin. It’s in Berlin Mitte, at 700m from Nordbanhof (S Bahn, Trams 12, M8, M10) and 300m from Schwartzkopfstraße (U Bahn), so extremely well connected.

It’s a new building from 2014 with all facilities (floor heating, fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, (the washing machine it’s ours but we would like to sell it to the new tenant, it’s only 1 year old).

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a pretty good sized private terrace outside. Lots of natural light, very high ceilings, nice kitchen, a big living room and a nice bedroom. The living room and the bedroom have direct access to the terrace. It counts with a cellar, bike parking and very friendly neighbors.

Furniture is ours, however since we are leaving Germany, we are interested in selling it on a separate agreement.

Rent is 843,50€ per month (647,22 for rent and 196,28 costs).

Open viewings on Monday the 29th of February and Wednesday the 2nd of March, from 5PM.
