I'm going to Australia for 5 weeks over Christmas and would like someone to sublet my place while I'm gone so I can cover my rent expenses.
The apartment is super cosy, perfect for one person or a couple. It's being perfectly in the center of Berlin, 2 minutes walk from train station U Bernauerstr on the U8 line, and the M10 Tram. In the area are plenty of cafes and restaurants and supermarkets to choose from. It's also right on the Berlin Wall Memorial.
There is gas water heating and the option for a gas stove. As indicated I currently pay around 150eur on top of the "warm" rent for gas, electricity and internet.
The apartment is in Mitte which is the most central suburb of Berlin, 2 minutes walk from train station U Bernauerstr on the U8 line which gets you quickly to Neukölln and Kreuzberg, and Wedding in the north, and the M10 Tram which gets you over to Friedrichshain. In the area are plenty of restaurants and cafes and supermarkets, especially 10 minutes walk south in Rosenthalerplatz, or 10 minutes walk east to Oderbergerstr and Kastanianallee
I also have plants which I'd love you to look after and water once per week. If the dates suit you well we can find a time for you to visit, then if things look a good fit we can organize a key in exchange for the up front rent payment.
