Aufgrund eines beruflichen Aufenthalts in den USA suche ich einen Untermieter/In für meine sanierte Altbauwohnung in Berlin Mitte vom 01.04.2019 bis zum 31.12.2019.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist zu einem ruhigen Hinterhof gerichtet. Die Größe der Wohnung beträgt 57,50 qm und besteht aus 2 Zimmern (ein Schlaf- und ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche), sowie einem Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche und WC.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert untervermietet mit folgenden Möbeln/Elektrogeräten/Gegenständen (siehe auch Fotos):
• Schlafzimmer: Bett mit Matratze (200cm x 140cm) , Decke (200cm x 200 cm), Kopfkissen, Matratzenschoner, Bettbezügen, großer Kleiderschrank
• Eingangsbereich: Kommode, Schuhschrank, Sitzgelegenheit und Garderobe
• Badezimmer: AEG Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Trockenständer und Aufbewahrungsboxen
• Wohnzimmer: Große, gemütliche Couch, zwei Couchtischen, Kommode, TV, Yamaha Verstärker Teufel-Musikanlage, Drucker, Stehlampe, 2 Stühle, ein Hocker, Tisch, Regal

Due to a professional relocation to the USA, I'm looking for a subletterfor my renovated apartment in Berlin Mitte from 01.04.2019 to 31.12.2019.
The apartment is located on the ground floor andfaces to a quiet backyard. The size of the apartment is 57.50 square meters and consists of 2 rooms (a bedroom and a living room with open kitchen), and a bathroom with a bathtub / shower and a toilet.
The apartment is sublet fully furnished with the following furniture / electrical appliances / objects (see also photos):
• Bedroom: bed with mattress (200cm x 140cm), blanket (200cm x 200cm), pillows, mattress protectors, duvet covers, large wardrobe
• Entrace: side board, shoe cupboard, seating and wardrobe
• Bathroom: AEG washing machine, towels, drying rack and storage boxes
• Living room: Large, comfortable couch, two coffee tables, sideboard, TV, Yamaha amplifier Teufel music system, printer, stand lamp, 2 chairs, a stool, table, shelf
• Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, ceramic stove tops, coffee maker, refrigerator, cutlery, crockery
Cable rental agreement is included in the rental price.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der U-bahn Station "Reinickendorferstraße" (U6) und der S-bahn Station "Wedding". Die Verkehrsanbindung ist daher optimal und in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuẞ zu erreichen (Lidl, Aldi und Edeka), sowie der nahgelegende Humboldthain Park. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus sind vorhanden. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße, sodass es sehr ruhig ist in der Wohnung ist.

The apartment is located near the subway station "Reinickendorferstraße" (U6) and the SBahn train station "Wedding". The traffic connection is therefore optimal and can be reached in a few minutes. Shops are also within walking distance (Lidl, Aldi and Edeka), as well as the nearby Humboldthain Park. Free parking in front of the house is available. The house is located in a side street, so it is very quiet in the apartment.

Die monatliche Gesamt-Miete beträgt 1000,- Euro und setzt sich wie folgt zusammen:
• 661,25 Euro Kaltmiete
• 140,88 Euro Nebenkosten
• 40 Euro Strom
• 40 Euro Vermieterzuschlag für Untervermietung
• 17,50 Euro GEZ
• 100 Euro Möbilierungszuschlag
Die Kaution beträgt die dreifache Kaltmiete in Höhe von 1983,75 Euro und kann entweder auf einen Schlag gezahlt werden oder in 3 Monatsraten.
