Typisch für Berlin sind die hohen Decken mit den herrschaftlichen Berliner Altbau- Doppeltüren. Dadurch wirkt die Wohnung sehr groß und immer offen. Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist einzigartig.
The beautiful bright 3-room App. has 2 quiet sleeping rooms, a big livingroom and an extra huge kitchen. In the bathroom u will find a bathtub plus an extra shower and u will find a separate guest toilet as well. Typical for Berlin are the high old building ceilings and the beautiful old building doors. The flat cut is just stunning.
Die Lage könnte für die Hauptstadt nicht besser sein. Mitten in Mitte! Die Oranienburger Strasse führt direkt auf die Friedrichstraße einer der bekanntesten Strassen Berlins zu, mit unzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielen kulturellen Highlights, wie z.B. dem Friedrichstadtpalast in Sichtweite der Wohnung. S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Tram sind quasi vor der Tür.
Unzählige kleine Restaurants, Bars sowie Galerien befinden sich um die Ecke. Es gibt einfach nichts, was es nicht gibt.
Der perfekte Spot für Berliner oder die, die Berlin noch kennenlernen wollen.
The area of the Appartement could not be better for the capital. In the middle of Berlin Mitte. The Oranineburger Strasse brings you directly to the Friedrichstraße one of the most famous streets of Berlin. There you can go Shopping and do culture stuff untill you will reach the Brandenburger Tor. The S-Bahn, the Metro you will find in front of the building. As well u will find plenty of restaurants, bars and galeries. It could not be better for exploring Berlin.
In unserem Haus ist man sehr bemüht respektvoll miteinander umzugehen. Das ist also keine Partywohnung.
Hier wird gewohnt nicht gefeiert. Wer feiern will hat ja in Berlin genügend Möglichkeiten. Durch die 2 separaten
Schlafzimmer wäre auch eine 2-er WG gut denbar. Ich möchte allerdings max. 2 Personen unterbringen.
Die mind. Mietzeit wäre 3 Monate, gerne aber auch ein halbes Jahr oder mehr.
In our house we have a verry respectfull neighbourhood. This is not a party place at all. If you wann party there are plenty of possibilities in town. The two nice sleeping rooms are perfect for a commune but I wanna have 2 persons max. in my
Appartement.
