Wir ermöglichen unseren Gästen, das Wohnen-auf-Zeit, die sehr zentral über eine Zeit lang in Berlin wohnen möchten und bieten dabei den Komfort und Service an für eine angenehme Zeit direkt im Herzen Berlins.
Für bis zu 4 Personen, sehr geeignet für Familien oder WG's.


Der Ort und Nachbarschaft:
Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Berlin-Mitte im historischen Viertel von Friedrich-Wilhelm Stadt, dies ist eins der ältesten Viertel der Stadt. Das Gebäude überstand den Zweiten Weltkrieg und wurde zweimal modernisiert, das letzte Mal vor ungefähr 10 Jahren. Das Gebäude wurde 1840 errichtet.

Der Bhf. S+U Friedrichstraße ist nur in 1-2 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen, ca. 200 Meter ist es über die Spree bis zu den Gleisen. Der Bhf. ist perfekt verbundenen mit der Stadt und man kommt sehr schnell überall hin.

- Die sonnige Spree Bank ist neben an und bietet die Möglichkeit zu joggen oder spazieren. Der Schiffbauerdamm bietet ebenfalls eine große Auswahl an Bars und Restaurants an.
- Die ukrainische Botschaft in Berlin und die Boros Galerie(Bunker) sind gleich neben an.
- Das Berliner Ensemble, der Friedrichstadt-Palast, die Museumsinsel und das Brandenburger Tor sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
- Zum Hauptbahnhof oder Oranienburger Tor ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung.
- Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte sind in der nähe.

- Wöchentliche Reinigung des Apartments und wechseln der Bettwäsche. Nebenkosten 150 €.
- Reparaturen und Wartung des Apartments.
- Ab sofort oder ab 01. Februar bis 30. April. Nach Absprache, auch monatlich verfügbar.
- Gesamtmiete inkl. Nebenkosten: 1950€
- Kaution 500€

The pictured, fully furnished holiday apartment is for rent in Berlin-Mitte (near Friedrichstrasse).
We make temporary living possible for our guests who want to live very centrally in Berlin for a while and offer the comfort and service for a pleasant time right in the heart of Berlin.
For up to 4 people, very suitable for families or flat shares.


The place and neighborhood:
We are located in the heart of Berlin-Mitte in the historic district of Friedrich-Wilhelm Stadt, one of the oldest areas in the city. The building survived World War II and has been modernized twice, the last time around 10 years ago. The building was erected in 1840.

The train station S+U Friedrichstraße can be reached in only 1-2 minutes on foot, it is approx. 200 meters across the Spree to the tracks. The train station is perfectly connected with the city and one gets everywhere very quickly from here.

- The sunny Spree Riverbank is next door and offers the opportunity to go jogging or walking. The "Schiffbauerdamm" also offers a large selection of bars and restaurants.
- The Ukrainian Embassy in Berlin and the Boros Gallery(Bunker) are right next door.
- The Berliner Ensemble, the Friedrichstadt-Palast, the Museum Island and the Brandenburg Gate are only a few minutes' walk away.
- It is also only a stone's throw to the main train station or the Oranienburger Tor.
- Numerous shops and supermarkets are nearby.

- Weekly cleaning of the apartment and change of bed linen. Additional costs 150 €.
- Repairs and maintenance of the apartment.
- Rental period from today or from 01.February until 30. April. Also monthly available.
- Total rent including additional costs: 1950€
