The apartment is located in one of the most popular locations in Berlin, within walking distance of popular places like Rosenthaler Platz or Gipsdreieck. There's lots of well-known shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 7th floor (with elevator) of a modern building. It is furnished to a high standard with parquet flooring, marbled bathroom and thick walls - you can find your peace and quiet here despite the urban jungle and is perfectly connected with the U8 stop Weinmeisterstraße in front of the door, as well as the S-Bahn Hackescher Markt.
The house is fully furnished, so you only need your suitcases to move in! The rent is 1400 € warm (including electricity, internet, heating costs, furniture Smart TV and kitchen utensils).
