I am subletting my bright room, fully furnished for the whole of May in a shared apartment with one other person. (As I will be traveling - it's available from April 22nd if needed - the price is the monthly rent)
During this time you will living with my lovely roommate Yangkyi (over 40) and my house plants (of course I would be happy if you also love plants and water them during this time :))
The apartment is in a super nice, quiet neighborhood just a parallel street away from many bars,restaurants, shopping possibilitys and a beautiful park.

Zur Untermiete steht mein helles Zimmer, voll möbliert für den ganzen Mai in einer zweier WG (da ich auf reisen bin - schon ab 22.4. ist sie frei fals Bedarf ist - der Preis ist die monatliche miete)
Du wirst in der Zeit mit meiner lieben mitbewohnerin Yangkyi (ü40) zusammen wohnen und meinen Zimmerpflatzen (ich freue mich natürlich wenn du pflanzen auch liebst und in der zeit gießt :) )
Die Wohnung ist in einer super schönen ruhigen Nachberschaft nur eine parallstr. entfert aber von vielen Bars und Restaurants, Einkaufmöglichkeiten...
Melde dich gerne wenn du noch Fragen hast, oder um die flexibilität der daten zu besprechen.

Die Lage ist pefekt um ruhig zu schlafen und trotzdem super nah an Bars, Cafés, Park und Einkaufsmöglcihkeiten zu sein. Von hier aus lässt sich wunderbar die Stadt erkunden. Auch ist man hier sehr gut angebunden an den Öfentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Die U-Bahn Rosenthalerplatz ist fussnah ca. 10 Minuten und von dort kommt man schnell überall hin.
The location is perfect for a good night's sleep and still being super close to bars, cafes, parks and shopping. From here you can explore the city wounderfully. You are also very well connected to public transport here.
The Rosenthalerplatz subway is about 10 minutes' walk away and from there you can get everywhere quickly.
