Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung.
Da ich noch nicht weiß, wie lange ich genau abwesend sein werde, ist die Wohnung befristet zu haben. Eine Verlängerung ist ggf. möglich.

Südwohnung. Sehr hell.
Blick auf den Park der Sophienkirche (Glocken läuten nur sehr selten und stören überhaupt nicht).
Sanierter Altbau.
Echtholzparkett.

Alles vorhanden: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Induktionsherd, Badewanne, Drucker etc.
Kellerraum vorhanden.

Die Wohnung ist theoretisch ab sofort bezugsfertig, jedoch muss die Vermieterin vorher zustimmen. Dies kann ggf. etwas dauern. Miete wird für den Zeitraum dann natürlich nicht fällig.
Achtung: Das WLAN ist im Mietpreis noch nicht inbegriffen. Ich habe mir das WLAN mit meiner Nachbarin geteilt, die nun allerdings ausgezogen ist. Ich kann allerdings sehr gerne den Kontakt mit meiner anderen Nachbarin herstellen. Alternativ kann man auch einen Vodafone Hotspot kaufen.

ACHTUNG: Die Wohnung wird nicht durch mich vermietet, sondern durch Frau Angelika Schröder, unsere Vermieterin. Ich bin jedoch für die Koordinierung der Besichtigungstermine verantwortlich.
Sie bevorzugt, die Wohnung an nur EINE (!) Person zu vermieten. Nur NichtraucherInnen, leider keine Haustiere erlaubt.

I amsubletting my beautiful 2-room apartment. I am not entirely sure how long I am gone for, so a longer rental might be possible.

South-facing apartment. Very bright.
View of the park of the Sophienchurch (bells ring only very rarely and do not disturb at all).
Renovated old building.
Real wood parquet.

Everything is available: dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooker, bathtub, printer, etc.
Cellar room available.

The apartment is theoretically ready to move into immediately, however my landlord has to confirm that you can move in, so this might take a while. Of course rent is only due for the time AFTER the landlord confirmed.
Important: The wifi is not included in the rental price. I shared the WiFi with my neighbour who has now moved out. However, I am very happy to establish contact with my other neighbour. Alternatively, you can also buy a Vodafone hotspot.
