Hallihallo,
bin interssiert an einer WG-Neugründung. Bin neu nach Berlin gezogen und wohne momentan zur Zwischenmiete, möchte aber dann eine Wohnung mieten.
Ich bin w/28 und voll berufstätig und geschäftlich auch viel unterwegs.
Die Wohnung sollte folgenden Vorstellungen entsprechen.
- Am liebsten sanierter Altbau
- neues und großes Bad
- EBK mit Sitzmöglichkeit
- ruhige Lage
- überwiegend südseitig ausgerichtet
- Balkon oder Terasse
- mind. 3 Zimmer
Solltest Du Interesse haben, können wir uns gerne mal auf nen Kaffee treffen und "beschnuppern" ob das war mit uns werden könnte :-)
