Wohnung:
Schlafzimmer (ca.12qm) + Wohnzimmer (ca.20qm) (Durchgangszimmer)
Badezimmer (mit Dusche, Waschmaschine etc.)
Küche (mit Spülmaschine)

Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Du hast hier alles was man zum Leben braucht (inkl. Internet). Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhof, daher ruhig. Perfekt für Homeoffice. Wir haben einen Schreibtisch, den du nutzen kannst.
Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt!
Die Wohnung ist wegen des Durchgangszimmers nicht WG-geeignet, es sei denn das ist für dich / euch nicht schlimm. Es können aber dennoch 2 Personen (z.B. Pärchen) hier wohnen. Es gibt allerdings nur ein Doppelbett. Gern auch Studenten für eine Übergangszeit.
Untermiete:
1000€ pro Monat
Kaution: 2000€ (die du / ihr natürlich zurück erhältst, wenn alles in Ordnung bleibt)

We sublet our beautiful and cozy furnished apartment in MOABIT for 5-6 weeks.
Apartment:
bedroom (ca.12sqm) + living room (ca.20sqm) (passage room)
Bathroom (with shower, washing machine etc.)
Kitchen (with dishwasher)
3rd floor
The apartment is furnished with love and is very cozy. You have everything you need to live here (incl. internet). The apartment is in the backyard, therefore quiet. Perfect for home office. We have a desk that you can use.
Smoking and pets are not allowed!
The apartment is not WG suitable because of the passage room, unless that is ok for you. However, 2 people (e.g. couples) can still live here. There is only one double bed. Gladly also students for a transitional period.
Sublet:
1000€ per month
Deposit: 2000€ (which you will get back of course, if everything stays in order)
