Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung unter, da wir für ein Semester zum Studieren ins Ausland gehen.
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine helle, sanierte Altbauwohnung. Die zwei Zimmer sind ungefähr gleich groß, wobei eines der Zimmer als Durchgangszimmer fungiert, weswegen die Wohnung nicht wg-tauglich ist. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und recht groß. Das Bad ist schmaler, dafür aber aufgrund der kürzlichen Sanierung sehr modern und sauber. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und Internet ist von den Kosten umfasst.
We sublease our apartment as we study abroad for one semester.
The apartment is bright, redeveloped and in an old building. It consists of two equally big rooms. However, one of them serves as a walk-through-room, so that the apartment isn't suitable for sharing. The kitchen is fully equipped and quite big. The bath is narrow, but due to its recent redevelopment very modern and clean. It comes fully furnished. Internet is included.
Die Wohnung liegt im südlichen Moabit nur ungefähr 50 Meter von der Spree entfernt und auch der Tiergarten ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit der S-Bahn Station Bellevue (5 Min.) ist eine schnelle Verbindung in den West- und den Ostteil der Stadt gegeben. Weitere Anbindungen bieten die U9 von der Turmstraße oder dem Hansaplatz aus und zahlreiche Busanbindungen. Trotz der Ruhe des Viertels lassen sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe einige nette Cafés, Restaurants und Imbisse finden.
The apartment is situated in southern Moabit close to the river Spree and the Tiergarten. The S-Bahn station Bellevue (5 Min away) provides fast connections to all parts of the city. Further connections are provided by the U9 from Turmstraße or Hansaplatz and several Bus connections. Despite its quietness one can find some nice cafés, restaurants or takeaways.
