Da wir im April unser zu Hause in Berlin Moabit für 1 Jahr verlassen, suchen wir Untermieter für unsere Wohnung. Diese ist für 1-2 Personen ausgelegt.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, mit 2 sehr hellen Zimmern und einer großen Küche. Ein gemütlicher Balkon ist für den Sommer gut geeignet. Es gibt eine Badewanne, Waschmachine, Spülmachine, einen großen Kühlschrank und vieles mehr. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein gemütliches Bett, einen großen Kleidungsschrank, einen großen Tisch mit Bürostuhl. Das Gebäude hat einen Aufzug, sodass der 4. Stock problemlos auch mit Einkäufen zu erreichen ist.

As we're leaving our lovely home in Berlin Moabit for 1 year starting in April, we would like to pass it on to someone else who can enjoy it in the meanwhile - the apartment is very suitable to a couple or a single person.
The apartment comes fully furnished, has 2 very bright rooms (as much as the Berlin weather allows) and a large kitchen. A cozy balcony facing the courtyard is a nice place to chill in summer. There's also a small storage room/pantry. You'll have a bathtub, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge and all other essential furniture. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, desk and office chair. The building has an elevator, so being on the 4th floor becomes a pure benefit of having a nicer view of the back garden.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Moabit, 2 min vom U-Bahnhof Turmstraße und nur 50m vom Schultheiss Quartier (wo es ein Kaufland gibt) entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Läden und Restaurants. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es hier sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße liegt. Mit TXL (2 min zu Fuß entfernt) ist man in 5min am Hauptbahnhof und in 12min am Flughafen Tegel. Tiergarten erreicht man in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus. Die Ringbahn ist in 10 Laufminuten (oder 2 U-Bahn Haltestellen) zu erreichen, so ist man auch nachts sehr gut angebunden.

The location is in the center of Moabit, 2 min walk from the "U Turmstrasse" metro station, 50m away from the Schultheiss Quartier Mall (which includes a larger Kaufland supermarket), and very close to other markets and restaurants. Despite this, it is on a side street and thus also quiet. On the TXL bus (~2 min walk away), the apartment is one stop away from Hauptbahnhof and 5 stops from the TXL airport. Tiergarten is 10 biking/bus minutes away. The Ringbahn is 10 min walk (or 2 U-bahn stops) away, so you'll be well-connected at nighttime too.
