cozy flat for rent in moabit

Our flat is available from 28th of September  until 15th of October and then perhaps further onwards partly. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a renovated old building in a cozy and silent side street in Berlin. It’s within good reach to public transport, a 15min bike-ride from FACTORY MITTE and has a few hidden champions surrounded: for example the Arminiusmarkthalle with a great food yard. Feel at home during your stay! Minha casa é sua casa.

The apartment is fully furnished and consists of two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom, which are fully available only for you.
(1) Two cozy bedrooms fully furnished: 1.40mx 2.00m bed, a desk with a comfortable chair if you need to work. Some plants around the room.
(2) The spacious living room is furnished with a sleeping sofa, a piano and other instruments, hifi, a beamer with television and big table for dining. From there you can get to the balcony.
(3) Bathroom and kitchen are equipped with everything you probably will need.

The rent will be 44€ for two people (additional persons will be 10€ extra per night)

Hallo zusammen,

wir vermieten unsere 3-Zimmer Wohnung für den Zeitraum vom 28.09.20 bis 15.10.2020.

Unsere schöne 3-Zimmer Altbau WG mit Balkon bietet genug Platz für bis zu vier Personen.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett (1,40x2,00m) und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und großen Esstisch, welcher zum gemeinsamen Essen einlädt. In der Wohnung wird nicht geraucht, dafür haben wir aber einen schönen, kleinen Balkon, der dafür genutzt werden kann.

Unsere Küche ist super ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht. Handtücher und Bettwäsche stehen bei Bedarf auch zur Verfügung.

Eine Übernachtung kostet für zwei Personen 44€, bei jeder weiteren (bis max. 4 Personen) kommen pro Person 10€ dazu.
