We are renting our 3 room flat situated on the second floor of an Altbau in Moabit. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. There is a big living room (Berlin-style - you have to go through it to access one of the bedrooms and the balcony) with a large balcony and 2 bedrooms. There is a big bathroom with a bathtub and a big window and a separate toilet. The bedrooms and bathroom are facing West and the kitchen and living room are facing East. It's really quiet and warm.
The "bigger" bedroom is 20 sqm and the "smaller" one is 19,5 sqm and is connected directly to the living room, which is a common room.
The flat faces the inner courtyard on one side and the back courtyard on the other.
We leave it fully furnished and equipped.

The price for any one of the bedrooms is 600 EUR/month (utilities included).
You can also rent the entire apartment for 1200 EUR.
It is quiet and green around. There are restaurants, bars, yoga and sports studios and stores close by.
The area: Arminius Markthalle, ZKU, the Spree is surrounding Moabit. Hauptbahnhof (Berlin Central Station) is really close, as are Mitte and Wedding. Tegel Airport is also in the vicinity and easily reachable.
The home is close to S - bahn Beusselstrasse and U - bahn Birkenstrasse.
The flat is non-smoking. All of our neighbours are nice and there is generally a lovely vibe to the entire house.
