die Wohnung wird im März renoviert, es gibt ein neues Bad, eine neue Küche und Renovierungsarbeiten in allen drei Zimmern.
Alle Räume werden voll ausgestattet. In Bad und Küche gehören dazu u.a. neue Waschmaschine, neuer Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, neuer Herd etc.
Da die Wohnung momentan leer steht und neu vermietet wird bietet sich für dich die Möglichkeit das Wohnen selbst zu gestalten. Ob du die Wohnung alleine oder mit 1-2 Freunden/Freundinnen (max. drei Personen) bewohnen möchtest kann vorab vereinbart werden.
Bis Ende der Renovierungsarbeiten bleibt dir Zeit zum Planen wie die Zimmer genutzt werden sollen.

Die Wohnung liegt auf der Turmstraße in einem belebten Kiez. Wer Moabit kennt wird die Lage mögen. Das Bad, die Küche und ein Zimmer liegen Richtung Nord-Osten zur Turmstraße, die zwei anderen Zimmer mit dem großen Balkon liegen Richtung Süd-West zum Ottopark. Vom Balkon aus blickt man direkt in die Bäume / den Park.
Öffis, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars im Kiez sind innerhalb weniger Minuten mehr als genug zu erreichen.
The apartment is located on Turmstraße in a lively neighborhood. Anyone who knows Moabit will like the location. The bathroom, the kitchen and one room face north-east towards Turmstraße, the other two rooms with the large balcony face south-west towards Ottopark. From the balcony you look directly into the trees / the park.
Public transport, shops and bars in the neighborhood are more than enough to reach within a few minutes.

Auf den Bildern siehst du den jetzigen Zustand, jedes Zimmer wird neu gestrichen und renoviert. Die Bilder dienen nur dir einen ersten Überblick über die Räume / Größe der Wohnung zu geben.
Da die Wohnung neu vermietet wird und im März noch Zeit für die Renovierung benötigt wird, lässt sich momentan flexibel planen wie du / ihr sie mieten möchtet.
Die Wohnung wird wie am Anfang erwähnt voll ausgestattet sein, dazu gehören nagelneue Einrichtungsgegenstände wie Herd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger etc.
Eine normale als auch eine Online Besichtigung ist möglich.
