Da wir über sie Semesterferien nicht in Berlin sind, vermieten wir unsere schöne Altbauwohnug in Moabit (Mitte).
Sie ist 60 m² groß, 2 Zimmer und befindet sich im 1.OG eines typischen Gründerzeitgebäudes. Die Decken sind ca. 3,80m hoch und in allen Zimmern außer Bad und Küche hat sie Dielenfußböden.
Alle Zimmer sind komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Im Schlafzimmer werdet ihr eine eigene Kleiderstange haben und natürlich ein frisch bezogenes Bett und eine saubere Wohnung. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, sowie das Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer inkl. Arbeitsplatz.

Since we are not in Berlin for most of March and April, my boyfriend and I are subletting our beautiful apartment in Berlin Mitte (Moabit). You will be staying in a typical Berlin Altbau with high ceilings and old pine floorboards. The apartment is fully equipped for living, you will of course have new bedsheets and freshly cleaned rooms. You will get your own clothes rail in the bedroom and you will of course get to use all utensils in the kitchen, bathroom etc.
Supermärkte Lidl und Aldi sind fußläufig zu erreichen (5 und 10 Minuten entfernt), direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt die Ringbahn. Man ist eigentlich überall in Berlin in 30-45 Minuten

there are two supermarkets close by (Lidl and Aldi - 5 and 10 minutes), a bus stop right in front of the house, you can usually get to anywhere in Berlin within 45 minutes.
