Subletting my fully furnished apartment for 2 months (December 2023/January2024) due to remote work. Ideal for 1 person and working from home:

- brand new apartment building,
- very convenient location 5 min walk from U-bahn and S-bahn Hermannstrasse, on the border of Tempelhof field, very cool for runners and bikers
- elevator in the building
- concierge office on the ground floor (day time)
- amazing social area on the ground floor with a huge TV, sofas, small gym and a roof terrace with basketball area
- very fast internet in the building and in the room already included (2 hot spots)
- plenty of cafes around, Aldi supermarket 2 min walk, Edeka 7 min walk
The price is 1200 EUR per month (all included, no extra charges for electricity, heating or internet).
Very convenient location 5 min walk from U-bahn and S-bahn Hermannstrasse, on the border of Tempelhof field, very cool for runners and bikers. Quite area but very close to very busy Hermannstrasse and a nice Schillerkiez with lots of cafes and restaurants. plenty of grocery stores around.
Washing and drying machines are in the basement which is very convenient by using the elevator. 2,5 eur per wash/dry via App
