ich untervermiete meine schöne helle Altbau Wohnung im beliebten Donaukiez in Neukölln für die nächsten zwei Monate. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet.
Das möblierte Zimmer ist 20 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über einen Balkon.
Die Ausstattung beinhaltet ein hochwertiges 200x140 Futon Schlafsofa, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, einen Couchtisch, einen Hocker, eine Kommode, einen Fernseher sowie einen Schallplattenspieler mit Bluetooth Funktion und Soundsystem. Außerdem ist neben der Deckenbeleuchtung eine Bogenlampe über dem Sofa und eine Schreibtischlampe verfügbar.
Internet Zugang via WLAN oder LAN vorhanden.
Die Küche ist groß, geräumig und bietet neben einem großen Kühlschrank und einer Spülmaschine alles was man täglich benötigt.
Das Bad ist frisch renoviert und mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.OG im Vorderhaus, das Zimmer mit Balkon liegt zur Straße, Küche und Bad zum Innenhof.
Der Innenhof bietet die Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad abzustellen. Bei Bedarf kann ich eines meiner Fahrräder zur Verfügung stellen.

I sublet my beautiful bright old building apartment in the popular Donaukiez in Neukölln for the next two months. The apartment is fully equipped.
The furnished room is 20 square meters and has a balcony.
The furnishings include a high-quality 200x140 futon sofa bed, a desk with chair, a coffee table, a stool, a dresser, a TV and a record player with Bluetooth function and sound system. Also available is an arc lamp above the sofa and a desk lamp in addition to ceiling lighting.
Internet access via WIFI or LAN is available.
The kitchen is large, spacious and offers everything you need on a daily basis in addition to a large refrigerator and dishwasher.
The bathroom is newly renovated and equipped with a bathtub and washing machine.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the front building, the room with balcony faces the street, kitchen and bathroom face the courtyard.
The inner courtyard offers the possibility to park a bicycle. If necessary, I can provide one of my bicycles.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen Sonnenallee und Karl Marx Straße. Die U7 ist vor der Haustüre, die U8 und Ringbahn so wie diverse Buslinien in der Nähe. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist in 10 minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. In die andere Richtung ist Kreuzberg genauso nah.
Parken vor der Türe ist unbegrenzt kostenlos. Die Umgebung verfügt in alle Richtungen über Supermärkte und Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfes.
Kulturelle und kulinarische Vielfalt zeichnen den Kiez besonders aus.
The apartment is located between Sonnenallee and Karl Marx Straße. The U7 is in front of the door, the U8 and Ringbahn as well as various bus lines nearby. The Tempelhofer Feld can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. In the other direction Kreuzberg is just as close.
Parking in front of the door is unlimited free of charge. The surrounding area has supermarkets and stores for daily needs in all directions.
Cultural and culinary diversity characterize the Kiez particularly.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein weiteres kleines Zimmer, in dem ich in meiner Abwesenheit meine persönlichen Gegenstände lagere. Ich bin den Großteil des Zeitraumes nicht in Berlin. Bei dringenden Problemen bin ich erreichbar oder kann jemanden vorbeischicken.
Vorab bin ich tagsüber flexibel erreichbar.
Wir machen einen ordentlichen Untermietvertag. Aufgrund der befristeten Verfügbarkeit ist eine Anmeldung nicht möglich.
Die Miete wird zum Anfang des jeweiligen Monats fällig. Die Kaution ist bei Vertragsabschluss fällig und wird unmittelbar nach Beendigung des Untermietverhältnisses zurückgezahlt.
The apartment has another small room where I store my personal belongings in my absence. I am not in Berlin for most of the period. For urgent problems I can be reached by phone or send someone over.
In advance, I am flexibly available during the day.
We make a proper sublease. Due to the temporary availability, registration is not possible.
The rent is due at the beginning of each month. The deposit is due upon signing the contract and will be returned immediately after the end of the sublease.
