meine mitbewohnerin naoko und ich haben gerade in diese tolle wohnung in neukölln eingezogen. da ich einen monat verreist sein werde, möchte ich eine/n zwischenmieter/in (18.3.2008 - 18.4.2008) für mein großes und helles zimmer finden! die wohnung hat alles, das du brauchst, ist minimal aber sehr gemütlich.

- 3 minuten laufzeit zum s- und u-bahn hermannstrasse
- 10-15 minuten nach kreuzberg; 20 minuten zur mitte
- wohnunggröße: ca. 60m2
- zimmergröße: ca. 22m2
- zimmer hat ein großes balkon (bitte nur da rauchen - danke!)
- gasheizung / dielen / waschmaschine
- badewanne / dusche / gefliesstes badezimmer (mit aufsicht)
- DSL / festnetz
- küche mit gasherd

my lovely flatmate naoko and i have just moved into this bright and cozy new flat in neukölln. i'm looking to sublet my room for a month between march 18th to april 18th. everything is in tip top condition thanks to recent renovations! neither of us have a great deal of stuff so it's really spacious and ideal for relaxing. pictures and details below.
- 3-minute walking distance from s- and u-bahn hermanstrasse station
- 10-15 minutes to kreuzberg, 20 minutes to mitte
- apartment size: bit under 60m2
- room size: around 22m2
- big balcony connected to room (smoking there only please!)
- gas heating / light-grey wooden floors / washing machine
- bathtub / shower / tiled bathroom (with a view!)
- DSL / landline
- fully equipped kitchen
