Two furnished rooms available for some or all of 33 days (mid feb and mid march) while we are away. Also entertaining offers for parts of that period. Also looking for a longer term occupant for one of the rooms. The apartment is on the ground floor on a quiet street. The apartment is pretty close to the canal. There is an M43 bus stop just opposite to get you to the U-Bahn and many parts of Neukolln, Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg.
The rooms are furnished. One is quite a bit larger than the other. I’d prefer two people who already know each other. You can split the rent however you’d like. Or rent the whole place yourself. If that doesn't work out, I'd consider renting the rooms separately.
The kitchen is quite spacious and a great place to hangout. The bathroom is pretty narrow. It has a shower. Nothing special.
Cost is 1100 EUR for the whole duration (Feb 13- Mar 17th) payable up front. Includes everything.
