2 Katzen + 2Zimmer-Wohnung mit Wasserblick-Balkon // 2 cats + 2 room flat with water view, great location, Neukölln

Zwei Katzen mit Zweizimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon und Wasserblick für ein halbes Jahr zu vermieten, während wir in Tansania sind (erreichbar, aber nicht anwesend).
Ideal für ein Pärchen; WG nur im Notfall (da muss einer im Wohnzimmer schlafen, von wo aus es zum Balkon abgeht).

Wichtig: nur Leute, die Katzen wirklich gern haben und das als Plus empfinden, nicht als nervige Nebenaufgabe!
Die Katzen sind beide gesund und brauchen keine Medikamente oder irgendwas Besonderes, aber der jüngere Kater, Rüpel, ist ein verspieltes Trampeltier, und schmeißt alles runter, macht Chaos und fordert Aufmerksamkeit ein. Dafür ist er auch sehr verkuschelt, moppelig und flauschig.
Der andere, Sindbad, ist eher schüchtern und lieb, ästhetisch, pinkelt aber auch mal auf Klamotten drauf, wenn man sie auf dem Boden liegen lässt, also lieber nix auf den Boden schmeißen. Er lässt sich leider von Rüpel mobben.

Die Wohnung ist nicht supergut renoviert, in einem Altbau, und hat ihre kleinen Macken (der Wasserhahn tropft zB, mal schauen ob wir das noch repariert kriegen; der Gasherd ist alt, solche kleinen Sachen). Außerdem ist sie etwas chaotisch - wir sind keine Helden im Aufräumen und Putzen; mal schauen, wie viel wir in der Zeit bis zum Abflug noch schaffen.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, das sehr ruhig und angenehm ist,
einem Wohn-Ess-Zimmer, das groß und sonnig ist und ein weiteres breites Bett bietet (das wir meistens als Couch nutzen),
einem Bad (mit Dusch-Badewanne),
einer Einbauküche, die wahrscheinlich aus den 1980ern stammt ;) aber ziemlich funktional ist, mit kleiner Kammer für die Waschmaschine,
eine Abstellkammer (die wir aber wohl mit unseren Sachen zustellen werden, damit Platz ist),
und eben dem kleinen Süd-Balkon, der sehr viel Sonne kriegt und einen Blick auf den Kiehlufer-Kanal hat und dahinter den Wildenbruchpark.

Die Lage ist sehr gut: Bushaltestelle Wildenbruchpark eine Minute zu Fuß, ansonsten ist es zwischen U7 Rathaus Neukölln und S Ringbahn Treptower Park.

Unten im Haus ist ein sehr beliebtes Café, das Nah am Wasser, und ein paar hundert Meter weiter gibt es auch lauter Restaurants und Cafés auf der Wildenbruchstraße und Weserstraße.
Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke; zwei weitere vielleicht 600m entfernt.

Two cats with two-room apartment with balcony and water view for rent for six months while we are in Tanzania (available but not present).
Ideal for a couple; shared flat only in an emergency (one cat has to sleep in the living room, from where it opens onto the balcony).

Important: only people who really like cats and see this as a plus, not an annoying side job!
The cats are both healthy and don't need any medication or anything special, but the younger cat, Rüpel, is a playful klutz and throws everything down, makes a mess and demands attention. But he is also very cuddly, chubby and fluffy.
The other one, Sindbad, is rather shy and sweet, aesthetic, but sometimes pees on clothes if you leave them on the floor, so it's better not to throw anything on the floor. Unfortunately, he can be bullied by bullies.

The apartment is not super well renovated, in an old building, and has its little quirks (the tap is dripping, for example, we'll see if we can get that fixed; the gas stove is old, little things like that). It's also a bit messy - we're no heroes when it comes to tidying up and cleaning; let's see how much we can manage in the time until we leave.

It consists of a bedroom, which is very quiet and pleasant,
a living-dining room, which is large and sunny and offers another wide bed (which we mostly use as a couch),
a bathroom (with shower-bathtub),
a fitted kitchen, which probably dates from the 1980s ;) but is quite functional, with a small compartment for the washing machine,
a storage room (which we will probably put our things in so that there is enough space),
and the small south-facing balcony, which gets a lot of sun and has a view of the Kiehlufer canal and the Wildenbruchpark behind it.

The location is very good: Wildenbruchpark bus stop is a minute's walk away, otherwise it is between U7 Rathaus Neukölln and S Ringbahn Treptower Park.

There is a very popular café downstairs, Nah am Wasser, and a few hundred meters away there are also many restaurants and cafés on Wildenbruchstraße and Weserstraße.
There is a supermarket just around the corner; two more maybe 600m away.
