da unsere Wohnung für 2 Monate (Mitte Januar bis Mitte März) frei wird, suchen wir für die Zeit verantwortungsvolle Zwischenmieter. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit folgenden Zimmern:

- 2 Schlafzimmer, mit jeweils einem Doppelbett 160x200cm und ein Zimmer zusätzlich mit Schreibtisch (+Monitor) als Arbeitsplatz
- großes Wohnzimmer mit Couch und großem Esstisch
- voll ausgestattete Küche
- Bad
- Balkon

Der Preis bezieht sich auf die ganze Wohnung pro Monat. Für beide Monate wären es dann 3.600€.

as our flat will be free for 2 months (mid-January to mid-March), we are looking for responsible temporary tenants for this period. The flat is fully furnished with the following rooms:

- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed 160x200cm and one room additionally with a desk (+monitor) as a workplace
- large living room with couch and large dining table
- fully equipped kitchen
- bathroom
- balcony

The price refers to the whole flat per month. For both months it would be 3.200€.
