Ich vermiete meine schöne helle 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung im Berliner Stadtteil Neukölln, Nähe Hermannplatz vom 24.1. - 29.2.2024 (ggf auch kürzere Mietdauer möglich).
Die Miete inkl. aller Heiz- und Nebenkosten, Wlan und Reinigung würde 1.050€ betragen, Kaution 500€.
Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Dielenboden, einen kleinen Balkon, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Rauchen und Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Die Wohnung liegt im hipen Kreuzköllner Kiez, nahe des Maybachufers, und ist umgeben von schönen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, Supermärkten und vielen Bus- und U-Bahn Stationen.

I am searching for a sublet for my beautiful bright 2-room apartment in Neukölln, near Hermannplatz from 24.1.- 29.2.2024. (a shorter period is also possible)
The rent including all heating and utilities, wifi and cleaning would be 1.050€, deposit 500€.
The apartment has a nice floorboard, a small balcony, is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything necessary. Smoking and pets are unfortunately not allowed.
The flat is located in the hip Kreuzkölln neighbourhood, close to the Maybachufer, and is surrounded by lovely cafés, bars and restaurants, supermarkets and many bus and underground stations.
