I am looking for a subtenant for my nice and quiet apartment from 4th March - 4th April. An extension of 2-3 weeks might also be possible.
The apartment is located on Kranoldplatz in Neukölln, has been recently renovated and is very bright (two large windows facing South and a cute little balcony facing East).
The apartment has 1 large room and a passage room / large hallway which I have set up as a workroom. The flat is well equipped including a washing machine, dish washer, a projector, an electrically height-adjustable desk and a monitor that you are welcome to use.
It is most important for me to find someone who is good with my things and has a green thumb for my plants :)

Ich suche vom 4.3 - 4.4 für meine sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung eine nette(n) Untermieter*in. Eine Verlängerung um 2-3 Wochen ist vielleicht auch möglich.
Die am Kranoldplatz gelegene Alltbauwohnung ist vor kurzem kernsarniert, sehr hell (zwei große Fenster Richtung Süden und einen süßen kleinen Balkon nach Osten) und total ruhig.
Die Wohnung hat 1 großes Zimmer und ein Durchgangszimmer/ großern Flur den ich als Arbeitsraum eingerichtet habe. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet und für Home Office habe ich einen elektrisch höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch und einen super Bildschirm den Du gerne benutzen kannst. Einen Beamer zum Filme schauen hat die Wohnung auch.
Mir ist wichtig jemand zu finden die/der gut mit meinen Sachen unmgeht und einen grünen Daumen für meine Pflanzen hat :)
The apartment is nicely located on Kranoldplatz in Neukölln.
U7, U8, S41, S46 etc. are all within 5-8 minutes walking distance.
A Lidl is around the corner and other supermarkets are not far.
The neighborhood has a few nice restaurants and bars.
The Tempelhofer Feld is 5 minutes away by bike.

Die Wohnung ist schön am Kranoldplatz gelegen (Fenster Richtung Süden und Osten).
U7, U8, S41, S46 etc. sind alle in 5-8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ein Lidl ist um die Ecke und andere Supermärkte sind nicht weit.
Das Kiez hat ein paar nette Restaurants und Bars.
Das Feld ist 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad weg (es gibt einen überdachten und eingeschlossenen Fahrradstellplatz)
If the deposit is a problem, I'm sure we can find a solution. It's just important to me that I can rely on you to take good care of my things :)
All utilities (electricity, heating, 100Mbits internet, GEZ) are included.

Falls die Kaution ein Problem sein sollte können wir da sicher eine Lösung finden. Mir ist es einfach nur wichtig, dass ich mich darauf verlassen kann, dass Du gut mit meinen Sachen umgegehst :)
