Schöne Altbauwohnung am Tempelhofes Feld

Unsere wunderschöne Altbauwohnung direkt am Tempelhofes Feld wird für einige Wochen frei. Sie ist vor zwei Jahren Saniert worden und besteht aus 1,5 Zimmern, einer Küche und einem Bad. Wir haben eine Wand rausnehmen lassen, sodass aus der Küche und dem halben Zimmer ein Zimmer wird. Ein Wohn- und Essbereich.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön hell, weil sie im Süden liegt. Im Winter kann man den Schlittschuhfahrer*innen im Eissportstadion zusehen. Man hat einen freien Blick und schönen Sonnenschein, vorausgesetzt die Sonne scheint.

Alle Geräte sind hochwertig von Bosch. Ich möchte Dich bitten darauf gut Acht zu geben. Eine Waschmaschine, eine Geschirrspülmaschine, einen Herd mit Backofen und einen großen Kühlschrank sind vorhanden.

Im Haus wohnen vor allem junge Menschen, die alle sehr nett sind. Man hört sie jedoch selten. Im Innenhof gibt es die Möglichkeit die Fahrräder anzuschließen, außerdem einen kleinen Sandkasten für Kinder und bei schönem Wetter auch eine Sitzecke mit Feuerschale und Sitzmöbeln.

Die Lage direkt am Feld ist einfach unschlagbar. Gerade wenn man sportlich gern aktiv ist, kann ich mir keinen besseren Wohnort vorstellen.

Our beautiful apartment in an old building directly on Tempelhofes Feld is available for a few weeks. It was renovated two years ago and consists of 1.5 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. We have had a wall removed so that the kitchen and half of the room become one room. A living and dining area.

The apartment is wonderfully bright because it faces south. In winter, you can watch the skaters in the ice rink. You have an unobstructed view and beautiful sunshine, provided the sun is shining.

All the appliances are high-quality Bosch. I would ask you to take good care of them. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, a stove with oven and a large fridge.

Mostly young people live in the house and they are all very nice. However, you rarely hear them. In the courtyard you can lock up your bikes, there is also a small sandpit for children and, when the weather is nice, a seating area with a fire bowl and seating furniture.

The location directly on the field is simply unbeatable. I can't think of a better place to live, especially if you like sports.
