Willkommen in der ruhigen Uthmannstraße! Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Hinterhaus mit Blick auf den Comenius Garten. Mit einer frisch renovierten Küche, erhalten Sie diese Wohnung vollkommen eingerichtet und einzugsbereit. Heizung, Wasser etc ist bereits in den Nebenkosten enthalten. Somit ist diese Wohnung ideal für Singles oder Paare. Die Mietdauer ist zunächst auf meinen Aufenthalt im Ausland mit 1 Jahr beschränkt. Ich hoffe Dir gefällt meine kleine Oase und bietet Dir/Euch ein Zuhause in Berlin.

Welcome to Uthmannstraße! This is a calm oasis amidst the buzzling Kiez for you to relax and enjoy the life in Berlin at its best. The flat is in the back with a view at the Comenius Garden, means you will rather hear birds than cars. The kitchen is freshly renovated and all furniture is new. If anything should be missing, the landlord lives in Berlin and can come by to fix things. All costs I.e. heating, water, electricity are included in the monthly rental price. The flat contains everything for you to move in and immediately feel at home. Given that I am initially abroad for 1 year, I limited the rental period to that time, but I might be away for longer! I hope that during this time you can enjoy the life in Berlin from this beautiful oasis and settle in.
