Ruhige und geräumige 5-Zimmerwohnung im Herzen von Neukölln. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und hat einen kleinen Privatgarten sowieso eine Terrasse nach Süden. Großer Wohnküchenbereich, zwei Zimmer (zur Zeit Kinderzimmer), 1 Arbeitszimmer und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, dazu 2 Bäder.

Das Haus ist ein Passivhaus, das vor zwei Jahren als Baugruppe fertiggestellt wurde. Mehrere junge Familien wohnen noch im Haus. U-Bahn nur wenige Meter entfernt, mehrere Supermärkte in der direkten Umgebung.

Wir verlassen Berlin für ein Jahr und werden unsere Sachen mehr oder weniger komplett in Berlin lassen. Trotzdem wird genug Platz noch für eigene Sachen sein :) Von der CD-Kollektion bis zu den Büchern darf gern alles genutzt werden!

Die Wohnung ist NICHT WG-geeignet.

Calm and spacious flat with 5 rooms in the heart of lively Neukölln. Fully furnished and beautifully maintained with a tiny private garden and a terrace facing south which can be used as an additional room during summertime. The kitchen and living room form the center of the cozy flat from which you can go to two rooms that are currently used as bedroom and children's room as well as to the two bathrooms and the storage room. On the other side lies the study with two desks and - slightly elevated - the master bedroom.
The flat is located in a low energy house that was built and finished three years ago. All families that carried out that project currently live in the house. Whenever you need help there is someone around.
The next subway station is only 2min away. Grocery stores (organic/Turkish/supermarkets) are very close (4min on foot).

We are going to leave Berlin for one year - most of our stuff will remain in the apartment. We will clear enough space for your belongings; instead of a sterile atmosphere you will be able to enjoy all our treasures - from a well-equipped library in English, German and French to a good CD collection and tableware and furniture from Berlin's flea-markets instead of IKEA!

The apartment is NOT suited as a shared flat.
