Hallo,
ich und meine Mitbewohnerin sind im August im Urlaub und wollen unsere Wohnung für 400 € (Nebenkosten schon inklusive) für August, bzw. 100 € die Woche untervermieten. Ihr müsstet außerdem eine Kaution von 400 € hinterlegen.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem 20 qm großen Zimmer mit Balkon und einem 15 qm großen Zimmer, Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche, Waschmaschine, Küche mit Kochmöglichkeit etc. Internet gibt's auch.
Die Zimmer haben beide je ein breites Bett; die Wohnung ist ideal zu zweit, im Urlaub könnten aber bestimmt auch bis zu 4 Personen hier wohnen.
Die Wohnung liegt in Neukölln, nahe zum Kanal und zu Kreuzberg. Die näheste U-Bahnstation ist Rathaus Neukölln.
