Wohnung ist wunderschön: hell, sehr ruhig, Topzustand, EBK, Wanne, Loggia (=Großer Balkon). Haustür ist abgeschlossen mit Klingelanlage. Kleine, schöne, ruhige Seitenstraße. Unmittelbare Nähe zu S-Neukölln und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoß (5. Etage, also Treppenlaufen ist angesagt - aber dafür keinen über den Kopf). Wir haben hier jahrelang uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
*Alternativ: nur ein ca. 10m2 Zimmer mieten: 235 € €/Mo.
