augrund eines mehrwöchigen Auslandsaufenthaltes wird meine Wohnung vom 17.August bis zum 1.Oktober frei, eventuell auch eine Woche länger. Die Wohnung ist mit 80m² recht groß, bleibt für den Zeitraum möbliert (Platz wird aber selbstverständlich geschaffen), hat einen schönen Erker und einen kleinen Balkon und ist insgesamt sehr hell. Bett, zweite Matratze, Schreibtisch, Regale, Sofa, Sessel und Stühle sind vorhanden, ebenso eine Waschmaschine. Die Miete für August beträgt nur die Hälfte, also 350 €, für den Gesamtzeitraum 1050 €, die Kaution beträgt 500 € (die Miete kann natürlich jeweils für den Monat gezahlt werden). Bitte keine Haustiere. Die Zimmer sind auch einzeln verfügbar, bitte nach den entsprechenden Anzeigen Ausschau halten!

Hey everyone,
I'm leaving Berlin for a few weeks, therefore my room is available from August 17 until October 1, 2013, maybe even a week longer or so. It's 80sqm, with furniture (bed, second mattress, desk, shelves laundry machine etc.), and it's a pretty bright appartment. The rent for August would be half, meaning 350 €, together with October it's 1050 € in total, damage deposit is 500 €. The rent can be paid per month of course. No pets please. The rooms are available on their own as well, please look out for the respective ads here!

Die Wohnung ist in Laufnähe zum Hermannplatz, hier fahren die U-Bahnlinien U7 und U8, dazu mehrere Buslinien, unter anderem der M42, der direkt zum Potsdamer Platz und Hauptbahnhof fährt.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der Weserstraße, in der seit geraumer Zeit das Nachtleben expandiert, an Kneipen und anderen Läden herrscht also kein Mangel.
The appartment is close to Hermannplatz, where two subway lines are crossing (U7 and U8), plus there are several bus lines, one is the M41 which goes directly to Potsdamer Platz and Central Station. Besides the appartment is next to Weserstraße which boasts many pubs and clubs, a very lively area.
Bitte schreibt mir am besten eine Email, zur Zeit bin ich telefonisch nicht gut zu erreichen. Ansonsten: das ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Mehr dann bei einem persönlichen Gespräch, das heißt an alle die vor dem 17.August nicht in Berlin sein können, bitte nicht kontaktieren, da ich Wert darauf lege meine Zwischenmieter persönlich kennenzulernen, danke!
