The 2 rooms house is in the suburb of Neuköln-Britz, Schmaler Weg in 12359 Berlin. Within 5-10 minutes by bicycle from the house one can reach the U-7 Bahn Blaschkoallee /to the city centre Zoologischer Garten within ~ 20 minutes and the Hauptbahnhof within ~25 minutes.
All around the residential area in Neuköln-Britz in fact just behind the house, is a forest and the Spree river wherein one can walk, swim go for jogs, etc. There are cafés, pubs, restaurants, casino, supermarkets and shops.
We recommend you make use of a bicycle to get around the local area - if you happen to have none, we have about 2 bikes at hand to hire. The cottage and garden have been recently completely renovated.
The holiday house is fully furnished, with modern bathroom and lovely kitchen. There is a well-tended shared garden with BBQ seating area.
Free car parking is also available.
The price of the holiday house is EUR 400/monthly. This is a fixed sum which can be divided among the 2 tenants.
Facilities (water, gas, electrical energy) are inclusive.
Das 2 Zimmer Haus ist im Stadtteil Neukölln-Britz. ,Adresse ist Schmaler Weg in 12359 Berlin Innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad aus dem Haus kann man die U-Bahn 7 Blaschkoallee / zum Stadtzentrum Zoologischer Garten in ca. 20 Minuten und der Hauptbahnhof innerhalb von ~ 25 Minuten zu erreichen.
Rund um das Wohngebiet in Neukölln-Britz in der Tat direkt hinter dem Haus ist ein Wald und der Spree, bei dem man wandern, schwimmen gehen für joggt, etc. Es gibt Cafés, Pubs, Restaurants, Casino, Supermärkte und Geschäfte.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen, nutzen Sie ein Fahrrad, um in die Umgebung zu bekommen - wenn Sie keines haben, geschehen, wir haben über 2 Fahrräder zur Hand, um zu mieten. Das Haus und Garten wurden kürzlich komplett renoviert.
Das Ferienhaus ist komplett möbliert, mit modernen Badezimmer und schöne Küche. Es gibt einen gepflegten Garten mit Grillplatz geteilt Sitzbereich.
Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Der Preis des Ferienhauses beträgt EUR 400 Monatlich. Dies ist eine feste Summe, die zu den zwei Mietern aufgeteilt werden kann.
