Ich vermiete meine Wohnung an EINE vertrauenswürdige Person ohne Haustiere unter - von September bis Ende Februar - ggf. auch länger.
Die Wohnung ist hell, ruhig, vollmöbliert und gemütlich.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer haben Dielenboden. Großes Bett ist vorhanden - Bettzeug/ Handtücher müsstet ihr selbst mitbringen.
Im Schlafzimmer steht ein (freigeräumter) Schreibtisch, es gibt viel freie regale und Schrankfächer und einen leeren Kleiderständer (samt Bügel). Vorhanden in der Wohnung sind auch eine Waschmaschine, Staubsauger und ein Wäscheständer.
Internetflatrate und Telefonflatrate sind ebenfalls vorhanden und im Preis inklusive.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr nett - insgesamt eher ruhig (d.h. du müsstest dich entsprechend anpassen).

My flat is available from September till February - and perhaps even longer. I rent out to a SINGLE PERSON only and allow NO PETS.
The flat is fully furnished, sunny and cosy. Kitchen is fully equipped. Washingmashine is in the flat. My kingsize bed can be used. Bed linen as well as towels you should bring. My desk will be empty as well as a shelfs and drawers, and a clothes rack.
The house community is very friendly - you should informal accept the house rules (no loud music after 21h).
Phone- and internet flatrate is available and included in the rent.

Die Erlangerstrasse geht von der Reuterstrasse ab, zur Weserstrasse, d.h.es hat unzählige Kneipen, Cafés, Take-aways, allerlei Einkaufsläden sind um die Ecke.
U7 (Rathaus-Neukölln/Hermannplan) und U8 (Boddinstrasse /Hermannplatz) sind jeweils sehr nah.
Erlangerstrasse is located in the lively and trendy area of North-Neukölln. Nice bars,vafes and take-aways, Shops are very close.
The U-Bahn Stations "Rathaus Neukölln" (U7), "Boddinstrasse (U8) as well as "Herrmannplatz" (U7/U8) are very close.
Die Besitzerin der Wohnung hat ein Büro im Haus. Sie ist über die Untervermietung informiert.
