BIETE große, helle 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung im 2. OG direkt am Kanal in Neukölln am Rande vom "Weserkiez". Die Wohnung hat zwei in etwa gleich große Zimmer. Eins mit Kanalblick-Balkon zur Straße und eins zum großzügigen, ruhigen Hinterhof. Beide Zimmer sind getrennt über den langen Flur oder untereinander begehbar. Zimmer und Flur haben gut erhaltene abgezogene Dielen. Die Decken sind 3,20m hoch und haben Stuck. Das Badezimmer wurde sehr gut saniert. Eine tolle Einbauküche wurde vom Vormieter übernommen und sollte auch von dir übernommen werden. Obwohl mitten in Berlin, ist es sehr ruhig in der Wohnung.
Zur Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist man an der S-Bahn (Sonnenallee) und U-Bahn (Rathaus Neukölln) und es fahren die Busse 171 und M41 in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zahlreiche Supermärkte (Rewe, Aldi, Netto,...), Spätis, Bäckereien usw. sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Außerdem kann man super am Kanal zum Wochenmarkt laufen/fahren. Die Weserstraße mit Bars und Cafes, ist ebenfalls um die Ecke.
SUCHE: Eine 1-2 Zimmerwohnung in Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg oder Neukölln. Sollte ebenfalls ein Altbau sein, ruhig und hell. Die Warmiete sollte 500 EURO nicht überschreiten und keine Staffelmiete sein. Der Umzugstermin ist flexibel, aber je früher desto besser.
