vermiete meine schöne Altbauwohnung im Zeitraum vom 3.9. - 01.10.2011.
Die Wohnung hat einen großen Wohnbereich mit Küchenzeile und Bettnische (doppelbett). Zudem hat sie ein kleines Zimmer (Kinderzimmer) mit einer Matratze.
KÜche/Wohn und Schlafbereich sind mit wunderschönen Dielen ausgestattet, das Kinderzimmer hat hellen Teppichboden.
Die Wohnung hat Flair ist Ruhig gelegen und doch im hot spot Berlin Neukölln.
Nahe Hermannplatz U7/U8 ca. 7 gehminuten und Boddinstr U8 3 gehminuten.
Sie ist direkt neben der Hasenheide und einen Katzensprung vom Tempelhofer Feld entfernt. Zwischen Nord NEukölln Graefe und Bergmannkiez.
Ich mache gerne einen Termin zur Besichtigung.

Ich vermiete die WOhnung für den gesamten Zeitraum für 550 €.
Die Wohnung ist Ideal für Singels/Paare/ kleine Familien.

Absolut keine Party Wohnung, da ich meine Nachbarn gerne schone!

Quiet, calm and nicely located to experience fascinating districts like Neukölln / Kreuzberg and the whole city.
Step outside the door and you are next to amazing green Hasenheide, former Tempelhofer airport, a wide range of public transport stations. The whole area is drawn through with a lot of different and partly quite new cafés, bars and clubs, little shops and gallerys.
The Apartment:
One big living room with open kitchen and an half open bedroom (double bed 140*200) form the nice and frank but cosy atmosphere of the flat. The second smaller room with a mattress (90*200) we use as the childrens room.
It´s possible to use the sofa in the living space as a second/third sleeping space. The flat has high seelings and wooden floor as well as a bathroom with bath tub. In some parts the apartment is still a little bit under construction, because I moved there just some month ago. It is not overloaded and has a decent charme so one can totally feel homelike and comfortable.
For young, old, family or single. I only rent on quiet (respect to the neighbors) and reliable persons, it`s not a party apartment!
